Happy Friday, Friends! 👋
Another busy week in the free community: 85 new posts and over 1,700 comments. First, the news I promised last week: Europe has another vetted seller. Then the storage question five of you asked in five different ways (answered properly this time), a new amylin peptide one member is very excited about, the great pen debate, what people actually pay for hormone care, AHK-Cu now live at Scantifix, and Limitless running 40% off until October 21. Plus bacteriostatic water 101 in EP Basics. Let's get into it.

Europe Gets Yet Another Vetted Seller: Particle Peptides
Last week I said I had one more in the works. Here it is. Particle Peptides has been in business for about a decade with a good track record, it cleared the same bar we hold everyone else to, and it does a couple of things I have not seen anywhere else.
✅ Why it made the list
Sterility testing ✅ · Endotoxin testing ✅ · Purity testing ✅ · Quantity testing ✅ · Full batch tracking ✅
GMP production.
Residual TFA testing, rolling out now. TFA (trifluoroacetic acid) is a leftover from how peptides are synthesized. Particle is the first company I have heard of that has started testing for it.
Peptides lyophilized without mannitol are available too, for those of you who have asked about fillers.
Based in Europe, and some products ship worldwide.
Use code Exploringpeptides at checkout. Like all our codes, it adjusts automatically during their sales, so you never have to think about codes or go deal hunting.

🔁 Did You Miss This? The 5 Threads That Got the Group Talking
Ranked by how much you all liked and commented, not by me.
1. "Where has this been all of my life?"
Jill has been running Tirz for 41 weeks and added Eloralintide, an amylin analog, to break a stall. Her report: the food noise that usually creeps back late in the week stayed quiet, and a few stubborn pounds finally moved. The 42 replies are the useful part. Christiane prefers spacing it a few days away from Tirz, others said push the Tirz dose up before adding a second compound, and a side thread on sugar cravings turned into a mini class on chromium. One thing to know before you go looking: there is no vetted research source for Elora yet.
2. Pen or syringe? The debate that would not end
Tamara asked a simple question: if KLOW lives in a pen, is it a problem to let it warm up before every pin and put it back in the fridge? Twenty-three comments later we had two camps. One side says warm the dose, not the whole cartridge. A member who has worked in a lab for 20+ years answered that a few minutes on the counter each day will not meaningfully degrade a vial over a month; heat is the real enemy. Bonus: the pen people explained why they love them (the needle that goes in your skin never touched a rubber stopper) and how to check a pen is actually giving the full dose.
3. "Is $220 a month to manage my hormones a ripoff?"
Cindy's doctor is moving GLP and HRT patients onto a $220 monthly management fee starting in 2027, and she asked the group for a reality check. What followed was the most honest price comparison I have seen in the group: quarterly fees, per-visit consults, what injectable versus topical actually costs at cash pay, and where labs can be covered by insurance. If you have ever wondered whether you are overpaying, this thread gives you real numbers to compare against.
4. "Knock knock. Guess who? NMN!"
Jason brought another study, this time on NMN and the cells lining blood vessels in older mice. Mice, not people, so file it under interesting, not proven. The comments got practical fast: oral liposomal NMN versus NAD+ injections, one member who switched to NMN after reacting to NAD+ injections, and why some pair NMN with a methyl donor. Jason's posts have quietly become one of the best reading lists in the group.
5. "Will 3 mL of water make me regret it?"
Carla wanted to mix a 100 mg GHK-Cu vial in less water than the usual 10 mL, and asked if it would sting. The honest answer from the group: it depends on you. One member found GHK so painful he quit, his wife uses very little water and shrugs. Carla went with 3 mL and reported no burn. The useful trick from the thread: no empty 10 mL vial? Mix in the original vial, then move it into your bac water vial, which also makes the math easy. More on bac water in EP Basics below.
Also worth a scroll:
🙏 "I'm constantly scrolling and learning from all of you." Natalie's thank you post, from one of the quiet readers. It made my week.
👂 Anything for tinnitus? Twenty honest replies, including a longtime peptide user saying nothing has helped hers. Sometimes that is the answer.
⚖️ BMI vs body fat percentage, explained. Cindy shared her scans and the group broke down why body fat tells you more than BMI.
🧪 SLU-PP-332: does it dissolve in bac water? Mixed reports, and why some sellers recommend a different solvent.
💪 "I'm at my goal weight. What now?" Jennifer wants to add lean muscle, and the replies covered mitochondria, GH peptides and what to do if you react to them.

❓ Best Questions of the Week, Answered
These came up more than once, so they get a proper answer here.
"How long does a vial last once I've mixed it?"
Five of you asked a version of this in one week: mixed vials, a Tesa vial, a dose drawn up last week, a pen that comes in and out of the fridge. Answers in the threads ranged from "I toss it at 30 days" to "90 days if it is clear", and both ends are reasonable: about 30 to 90 days in the fridge once reconstituted, and only a day or two at room temperature. Keep it cold, dark and capped, use clean technique, and if it turns cloudy or grows floaters, it is done. Buying a vial size you will finish in a month takes the guesswork out entirely. And yes, the vetted sellers' Tesa goes in the fridge too.
"Can I keep the powder in my household freezer?"
Yes, powder only. Never freeze a vial you have already mixed. The enemies are air, light, moisture and repeated thawing, so a freezer you rarely open beats the kitchen one, and an airtight dark container with a desiccant pack beats a loose vial in the door. Members use insulated thermoses with vial inserts, black mylar bags, or the original box inside a small cooler. My own setup is at the bottom of this email.
"Who do you actually trust, and where is it made?"
Asked four times this week, from "can someone recommend a seller" to "I got scammed once and now I'm scared". Most raw peptide is synthesized in China, including for very good sellers. What matters is who vials, freeze-dries and tests the batch, and whether you can see the results. Our vetted sellers, their codes, and what they test for are all on one page. Bookmark it.
"Is there a calculator that isn't a subscription?"
Yes. Ours is free, has preset values, and turns milligrams into units without the head math. You cannot convert mg to units directly; it depends on what is in the vial and how much water you added, which is exactly what the calculator handles. And for the person who asked "is there a list of every peptide and what it does": the Peptide Wiki on the website is that list.

📈 What Everyone Was Talking About
Out of 74 member posts this week:
Health questions beyond peptides, about a fifth. Hormone costs, hair and skin in menopause, iron, bloodwork tracking, glutathione reactions, nerve recovery.
GLP-1s and weight, about a sixth. Stalls, switching from Tirz to Reta, restarting after a break, adding amylin, body fat versus BMI.
The practical stuff, about a sixth. Storage, shelf life, pens, bac water, recon volumes, calculators, nasal sprays.
Mitochondria and longevity. NMN, NAD+, MOTS-c, 5-Amino, SLU-PP, Epitalon and Pinealon, red light.
GH peptides and body composition. Tesa, CJC and Ipamorelin, Tesa or HGH for belly fat.
Where to buy, which is why the vetted sellers page is in the answers above. And a handful of pure good vibes posts, which I love.
Christiane answered over 270 of your comments this week (how?), Cindy put in over 100, and Heather almost 100. Tim and Jamie were right behind them. This group answers itself now, and it still makes my week. 🙏
🧪 EP Basics: Bacteriostatic Water 101
Week six of the rotating block, and it fits, because bac water came up in half the practical threads this week. Mechanical only. (Not advice, just how it is done.)
What it is. Sterile water with about 0.9% benzyl alcohol added. The benzyl alcohol does not sterilize anything; it slows bacteria down so a vial can be entered more than once.
Why not plain sterile water? Sterile water has no preservative. It is built for a single use and is meant to be discarded soon after opening, which does not suit a vial you draw from for weeks.
How long an opened vial lasts. In the fridge, about 30 to 90 days after first puncture, the same window as your mixed peptides. Some stretch it to 120 days, which in my opinion is really pushing it. Write the opening date on the cap.
Clean technique every time. Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab, let it dry, use a fresh needle. The preservative is a backup, not a replacement for this.
Add it gently. Let the water run down the inside wall of the peptide vial, then swirl or roll. Do not shake.
The amount of water does not change the amount of peptide. It only changes how strong each unit is, which is why some of you use more water for the ones that sting. The calculator above does the math.
Where to get it. Limitless sells reconstitution solution in glass vials, and Skye includes bac water with larger orders or if you ask in the order notes.

Same codes as always: Skye code Exploringpeptides, Scantifix code Exploringpeptides (15% there too), Limitless code EP20 (stacks with the sale until October 21), for Europe DN Lab Research code EP15, Crystal Peptides code Exploringpeptides and Particle Peptides code Exploringpeptides, and for Canada BioSlab code EP10.
And if this recap was useful, hit reply and tell me. If a thread you loved got left out, tell me that too. Six issues in and I am still shaping this around what you actually read.
❄️ My Long-Term Storage Approach
(Not advice, just my own system for research peps.) I've shared this before, but it's worth revisiting:
2 to 4 × HydraPeak 32oz thermoses with peptide inserts
2 to 3 of them for freezer storage (1 to 3 years)
One for fridge storage (6 to 12 months)
Everything labeled, rotated, and calmly managed
I use a Dymo labeler, but tons of labeling machines work great for this. You can also just use a pen and mark the sticker on the vial. Anxiety-free prep! ❄️
